“The Lord alone is God; God alone is our defense.”
Beloved, God is God and He is no man, there is but one God, and Jehovah is He, the Almighty and Yahweh, there is none besides Him nor any like Him. He rules and reigns over all. What is that situation that seems so big and troubling you?, what is that circumstance that is intimidating you day and night?, put your faith in that sovereign God who is above all those situations and able to defend you for He is invincible, unchangeable, powerful and reliable. There are many that are called gods, nominal deities, gods made of gold, silver, brass, wood, and etc, but there is but ONE TRUE GOD, the maker of the heavens and the earth that can do all things. He is the only rock you can rest on and will never fail. In Him you can find shelter and protection from storms of life. He’s got your back if you lean on Him.
