TODAY’S SOUL-LIFTING SCRIPTURE.

New King James Version:
“Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. Even so, I will defend my own ways before Him.”(Job 13:15)
The Message:
“Because even if he killed me, I’d keep on hoping. I’d defend my innocence to the very end”.
English Revised Version:
Though he slay me, yet will I wait for him: nevertheless I will maintain my ways before him.
Beloved, It’s easy to praise the Lord when all is well and life is good, when prayers are answered, miracles are witnessed, and victories are won. We get confused about God when the opposite occurs. But God is God in good times and bad, trust Him, just like Job. The three Hebrew men refused to bow down to the idol of king Nebuchadnezzar, they said they know God will deliver them but even if He will not deliver them, they will not bow down. Our God is a just, faithful, and merciful God; and He will not forsake you, trust in Him still even when it seems all hope is lost, when it looks that you have reached the end of the road, don’t give up, be sure that all shall work for your good.
In this life there will be sorrow and pain, battles will be fought, conflicts will arise, in all these, I encourage you to rather face all these crisis with God than to face it alone.
SHALOM!!!
