“When he got there, he called out in anguish, “Daniel, servant of the living God! Was your God, whom you serve so faithfully, able to rescue you from the lions?”(Daniel 6:20)

Amplified Bible:

“When he had come near the den, he called out to Daniel with a troubled voice. The king said to Daniel, “O Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you constantly serve, been able to rescue you from the lions?”

Good News Translation:

“When he got there, he called out anxiously, “Daniel, servant of the living God! Was the God you serve so loyally able to save you from the lions?””

Beloved,all you have to do this year and for the rest of your life is to serve God faithfully, loyally, constantly, consistently and always. Serve Him at all times, and in all circumstances; in places of honor and power; when surrounded by the great who worship other gods; and when threatened with death for your devotion to the service of God. Daniel was kept perfectly safe, because he believed in his God, so, I encourage you to boldly and cheerfully trust in God to protect you always because He is a present help. He only has life, imparts life, and can preserve life, so you can entrust your life unto Him, He will rescue you.
