The Passion Translation:
”Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick clouds covers the nations, but Yahweh arises upon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you!“
New English Translation:
”For, look, darkness covers the earth and deep darkness covers the nations, but the Lord shines on you; his splendor appears over you.“

Beloved, despite the fact that the entire world is wrapped in complete darkness, I declare concerning you, God’s light will shine on you and you will showcase His glory in Jesus name.
